Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join them as the current Administrative Assistant is relocating out of the state. This is a smaller company and office, so you need to be open to working in close quarters with a small number of people. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for several administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
Standard working hours for the Administrative Assistant will be Monday-Friday from 830am-430pm. However, our client is looking for someone who has flexibility and is able to work overtime when called upon.
