Job Description Account Executive, Recruitment Marketing Solutions

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, part of the USA Today Network, is seeking a talented and driven sales professional.

Our sales representatives are responsible for selling value-based advertising solutions including, digital display advertising, SEO, SEM/PPC, maps & reputation management, social media platforms, email and Website development, among others.

In this role, you will:

  • Sell recruitment marketing solutions to HR Directors utilizing, JSOnline and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel
  • Grow market share within a designated account list through the combination of acquiring new business and increasing current client spend and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute account plans for each client utilizing, JSOnline and Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
  • Utilize deep customer, market, and segment proprietary insights to bring new information to HR Directors that compel action via a Challenger sales approach.
  • Be highly proficient at understanding and synthesizing data, and “story telling” to drive recruitment sales
  • Develop a keen understanding of the recruitment market, competitors, and USA Today Network’s positioning in the marketplace.
  • Identify complex customer needs and builds cohesive marketing strategy and custom client solutions that differentiate USA Today Network’s from competitors.
  • Leverage multiple resources and partners to develop optimal client solutions including print and digital products. Proficient in USA Today Network’s premium digital capabilities.
  • Work with C-level clients, corporate and matrixed organizations.
  • Articulate Monster and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel’s value proposition and prove ROI with data.

  • You possess 3-4+ years of sales experience.
  • Knowledge/experience in digital marketing is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
