Job Description

MSX International is currently seeking a Change Management Lead  - Program Manager.  The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience:
 

  • Ensures teams meet their objectives by increasing employee awareness, understanding, adoption and ownership
  • Focuses on the people side of change, including changes to behaviors, mindset, operations, job roles, etc.
  • Partners with other IT change management and communications teams
  • Develops change management strategies and detailed change management plans that will help increase employee engagement while ensuring that employees feel connected as part of the PDO transformation
  • Executes change management plans by managing activities across all aspects of the initiative
  • Identifies and implements methods to measure and track the effectiveness of Org CM efforts
  • Identifies and makes recommendations for improvements
  • Manages and supports internal and external events and dialogue sessions hosted by the TO, the TO product lines or other TO-related partnerships
  • Supports communication efforts in terms of the design, development and delivery of communications
  • Partners with existing Org CM and communications teams to ensure consistent and ongoing culture, change and engagement efforts
  • As needed, help educate others within and outside the TO about change management principles and their practical application in a project context, including understand what is needed to prepare for change, manage the change, and reinforce the change
  • Develops resistance management plans to deal with adoption obstacles which may arise
  • Collaborates with customer groups to develop a post implementation reinforcement plan to increase the level of adoption and ownership
  • Works with teams to integrate change management activities into overall transformation plans
  • Minimum five years of organizational change management experience required
  • Experience leading the development and implementation of large scale global organizational change management plans
  • Proven hands-on experience with organizational change management (not change control), including the implementation of Org CM plans, tools and methods (not just change theory)
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex environments and team dynamics
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Aptitude for working with and through people to accomplish goals as a servant leader and change agent
  • Creative and organized problem-solver who can plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously and independently
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to support projects outside of core responsibilities to support team goals

  • Working knowledge of automotive key collaboration tools (e.g. SharePoint, WebEx, Webcast, Spark)
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Job Requirements

    Experience/Skills Preferred:

    • Change management certification or designation desired
    • Working knowledge of CA Agile Central
    • Ability to convey information creatively and graphically
    • HR, employee engagement and/or communications experience
    • Experience coordinating change management activities globally and at large scale
    • Familiarity with design and video software (i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Publisher, Camtasia)
    • Prior experience in an Agile delivery environment while utilizing Scrum, Kanban, or Scaled Agile framework
    • Change management certification or designation desired
